We want you to be completely satisfied with your Traveler's Choice purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in brand new condition and unused, with all original packaging, paperwork, parts, and accessories. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, tear, marks, scratches, or alterations of any kind.
Please be sure to include any gifts provided to you, and return them in their original packaging. If a gift is not returned in its original packaging, its retail value will be deducted from your total refund.
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days or longer for your financial institution to process and post the refund. If it takes longer than one billing cycle, please contact your bank for further assistance.

We do not accept any exchanges You may return the unused product within 30 days and place a new order for the item you would like to receive.
